Created and built a strong and effective Safety Program for a large plastics distributor with 94 locations located across North America.

Reduced Total safety related costs from $2.25 million dollars annually to less than $10 thousand dollars.

Total Case Rate (TCR) dropped from 10.8 to 0.7.

Days Away, Restricted, or Transfer rate (DART) lowered from 9.7 to 0.7.

Total number of Recordable Injuries reduced more than 75%.

Handled all safety and health issues, worked independently on safety program while building cooperation and buy in at all levels of the organization.
