Support clients with light daily exercise program
Assists residents with ambulation and transferring using applicable electric/hydraulic/manual equipment and lifting devices
Ensure emotional wellbeing of patient through discussion and dialogue
Prepares and delivers beverages and snacks to residents as well as loads, unloads, and cleans cart
Provide one on one support with outings in the community
Cleaning/Housekeeping
Responsible for the general clean and sanitize of client's bed, wheelchair etc
In charge of cleaning and shrouding of bodies of deceased residents
Change linen, makes beds, sorts and bags soiled linen
Stocks linen cart with clean supplies daily
Sorts personal laundry of residents upon delivery and places in drawers and closets
Cleans, sanitizes and distributes personal care items such as brushes, combs, and nursing supplies and rinses whirlpool tubs
Administration
Participate in the organization and implementation of various social and recreational programs for residents
Reports resident participation and progress to RN or Supervisor
Responsible for the reporting of client's progress
Arranges for escort and/or transportation, as required
Attends team meetings
Records observations and personal care provided to residents including entries related to nourishment supplements, restraint usage and personal care
Reports incidents to Nurse Manager or RN, such as disruptive behavior, fire hazards, and security problems
