My current role is independent consultant at The Wilder Family, LLC. I work with my clients to build relationships, communicate effectively, and provide training sessions. I assist my clients with support, guidance, and strategy solutions.

I was previously employed as the Permanent Housing Coordinator for Michigan Ability Partners

(MAP) in Ann Arbor. My role was to help the most extreme victims of homelessness receive the best care and support possible. Working with these individuals, I would build a service plan that allowed them to meet their goals in an efficient and timely manner. I also worked with community partners to receive funding for my clients to reach their goals. I would assist with paperwork, applications, meetings, and other tasks needed by my clients. My caseload of clients would often exceed thirty individuals living in independent housing with a diverse set of needs.

Before my role as the Permanent Housing Coordinator, I was employed by Spectrum Community Services as a Program Manager. My role consisted of interviewing, hiring, training, and supporting direct care staff. Scheduling, monthly budgeting, ordering supplies, and managing client activities were also part of my role. I would coordinate the grocery shopping for daily meal preparation based on the client’s special dietary and medical needs. I oversaw a 24/7 operation of 6 individuals living in adult foster care. I have ten years’ experience with Microsoft applications, database entry, scheduling software, electronic medical records, as well as the homeless management information system.
