Implementation of project quality plan.

Participate in pre-construction meeting.

Review and approve contractor’s specification, quality plan, quality procedure, ITPs and checklists.

Verify the QA/QC personnel qualifications, evaluation and approve for Aramco projects.

Coordinate inspection coverage at all group level.

Perform continuous quality monitoring on all construction activities, and arrange for special assessment sessions on various quality control aspects of the project

Piping Responsibilities

Review and implementation of Method Statement (MS), Inspection Testing Plan (ITP)

Responsible for incoming material Inspection & Correlating with the mill test certificate, dimensional checks condition of materials, Documenting and reporting of non –conformity (if any) to specification and preparation of mir as per mto and outbound.

Inspection and Testing of Mechanical Construction Activities like Fit-up inspection to make sure the dimensions, rolling and material grades as required in particular section as per line class, are as per approved isometric drawing latest revision.

Attending site rfi Inspection with Client and tpi.

Maintaining rfi record after the Inspection.

Preparation of as built Drawings, other related Documents for designer’s approval.

spool releasing activity from fabrication shop after completion of a spool as per the isometric drawing.

Hydro test Package preparation

Review hydro test package to ensure that the ndt summary, weld summary, weld map, support drawing, valve list, latest approved drawing duly marked the test limits, P &Id marked with test boundaries, check list and all the related documents are attached in the test package.

To check misalignment and distortion of fabricated spools before hydro.

Conducting hydro test for valves as per the allowed pressure.

To inspect valve storage after conducting hydro test.

Materials proper preservation and stacking to avoid any damage.

To conduct tool box meeting for proper preservation of materials while handling, storage and shipping.

To conduct bending activity as per surveyor report.

To inspect during pipe stringing.

To conduct bolt torquing activity.

Conducting pneumatic test for wear pads, camel crossing spools and anchors.

To inspect and witness anchor installation activity.

To witness thrust boring activity and ensure to follow the mandatory requirements.

To cover the punch list activities before hydro test and after hydro test.

Coordination with client ant to resolve the issues related to Test Package.

Conducting hydro test for both above ground and underground line as per pressure in hydrostatic drawing.

Co-ordination with pre-commissioning activities.

To conduct cleaning activity for pipes for hydro test with any approved methods.

Inspection the joint with client inspector in leak and strength testing of piping system during hydro test.

Ensuring no Pressure deviation after starting hydro test.

Have good experience to prepare punch list for test packs by walk through of piping.

Monitor Project package documentation, prior to handling over to the client.
