This includes understanding the current processes, identifying improvement opportunities to the management team, then leading cross-functional Department Heads to drive GM-GMS improvements as well as always maintaining safety compliance. I worked with all levels of management to generate improvement plans, capital improvements, and sustained GM-GMS housekeeping excellence.

Worked with Facilities Manager and maintenance team to coordinate, press readiness, installation and upgrade projects relating to GM-GMS Elements.
