I started in customer service via telephone and was quickly pegged for Fraud Prevention as I am courteous, even tempered, and methodical. As a Fraud Specialist I delt with bankers trying to prevent fraud. They could have found fraud, a suspicious person, or perhaps noticed an attempted change to a check. I would do data entry toggling between screens while talking with the banker. If we were not able to resolve the issue, I would follow up and call the banker back. I was able to build a rapport with the bankers and received many accommodations. Since the inbound calls were random, I sometimes received an irate banker. Due to my calming demeanor, I was most often able to calm the banker and resolve the problem. I enjoy being able to help people. Education
