Promoted to Associate Manager and moved to the West Jordan facility. Challenged with providing boxes to all clients in the warehouse while increasing and maintaining efficiency on the LOL (Like Order Line) in the warehouse. In less than 6 months’ time, through the implementation of continuous improvement efforts, one-piece flow, and lean manufacturing principles, performance and productivity in both areas excelled. All clients received boxes without increasing staffing. On the LOL line, OPMH (Orders per Man Hour) increased from ninety orders/hour to 140 orders/hour. Making the LOL area the quickest and most cost-efficient way to process orders in the warehouse.
