Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide Executive Assistance to two Vice Presidents

•Manage VP’s calendar vis MS Outlook

•Organize all company sponsored events for the office both internal and off-site

•Serves as liaison with The Office of The Building

•Schedule maintenance/repairs for all office equipment, furniture, appliances and electronics
