Multiskilling, I have managed to upgrade my skills from operating one machine to operating four machines, filler, labeller, depaletizer and packer.
As an acting team lead, I have led line 2 UDV to consistently delivering an OEE of between 80%-85% from an average of 70% through coaching, motivating and empowering the team.
Nominated to be the team A Focused improvement and Teamwork champion.
As a technician, I have implemented (through FI) change parts management process to support Set Up Time Reduction (SUTR) by regularizing labeller change parts servicing which has led to improvement of OEE from 45% to 60% in line 1.
I worked with electrical technician on a Continuous Improvement project to improve a safety resetting functionality on Line 5 conveyors and this significantly reduced reset time that translated to improvement of OEE by 10%.
