Operation and Maintenance of Electrical System Involving Transformers, DG & Electrical Panels
(HT <)
Supervision of planned and preventative maintenance Schedules (33kv/440v,1000 KVA, 11KV/440V, HT & LT Readings, UPS (500kva,80kva,60kva)
Operation and Maintenance of DG sets(2000kva,1000kva)
Taking care of LMS lighting controls
Taking care of RO plant maintenance & consumables
Maintenance of IBMS, Novac, gas suppression system closed circuit televisions (CCTV), fire alarm systems (FAS), fire hydrant system PA system.
Maintaining FIRE Fighting Equipment with Sprinklers, CO2, & Portable Extinguishers.
Maintenance of HVAC of AHU, PAC, CSU, DX and VFD drives VRV & VAV units.
Maintenance of 52-week PPM activities with proper PPE & LOTO system
Review all checklist, log sheets, work permits daily to ensure smooth operations Admin Services

Inspect and track the Breakdowns of AMS (Asset Management system), WFM (workflow management)
Plan and Execute the Annual shutdown activity.
Rise the PR’s (purchase requisition), POs for goods and materials supply & installation.
Resolve the customers Tickets and maintain the track records of daily, weekly & monthly.
Supervise the vendor contractors and SOW for any maintenance repair work ensuring standard of work is performed
Monthly R&M consumables and prepare the raise the indents accordingly
Store management and maintain the consumption trackers.
Proficient in computer skills for compiling, collating & analyzing the various data to prepare required reports and performing the benchmarking analysis and making the presentations.
Significant experience in a wide spectrum of equipment and instruments ITES sectors; well versed in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
