Randy has a number of strengths I’d like to share. First, Randy has exceptional customer service skills. For example, Randy has always connected with people on a personal level by greeting guest with what I like to call “The Randy Way”. Randy brought a professional look and smile to work and would always say one of his catch phrases like “Hey Neighbor!” as if every one of our guests were not his neighbor. No other cast member could ever connect with guests like Randy has done.
Additionally, when customers would arrive, Randy would be the first cast member to engage with them and make them feel welcomed. Guests would always share their compliments on how friendly and informative he was. Randy was also the only cast member who was able to thoroughly and accurately explain the Regal Crown Club Card. Every single guest who left with a new, or even old Regal Card, knew exactly how to activate or update their information. Guests of Regal Fishkill were very pleased with his skills which in return made working with Randy a pleasure. When Randy and I worked together, I knew I could rely on him for anything.
