I am a Material Coordinator/Maintenance Planner/Scheduler/Purchasing/Estimator/TAR/Outage/CUI/PSM/RV. I am also a Navy veteran who served active duty twice, I was recalled to active duty after 911 attacks.

I have SAP Experience, MES, PO’s, SAP Hana, Contracts and SOW (SAP Ariba). Microsoft applications, E Work Orders, Heat exchangers, boilers, Contractors, Requisitions, BOM, goods and services. Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe & Nitro), DMS, Create SAP#s, Prometheus & Meridium. Vendors, fabrication, Tracking of Goods, Purchasing required items, Delivery and field delivery for job tasks. Responsible for ordering, scheduling, setting up, and maintaining all materials and equipment needed on site. Planning/scheduling all jobs for maintenance during planned and discovery during unit shutdown or routine maintenance.

Prepare, issue, and control production schedules.

Logistics support to the programs include packaging, handling, shipping, and transportation of equipment in accordance with company standards, as well as receipt, storage, issuance, tracking, documentation, and control of equipment.

Expertise in planning out job steps and resources which include labor, materials, services, special tools, work instructions, technical information, drawings, safe work permitting, etc.

Set up Material for maintenance and TAR.

Kitted parts for work orders.

Organize Material request and stations for delivery to units for work scope on daily schedules.

Track long lead items from vendors.

Request quotes from vendors for materials.

Inventory material for work orders by Req or PO for delivery.

Set up, charge, and order all material/equipment needed

Receive, inspect, help unload and distribute material

Set up and maintain inventory system and reordering

Ability to read and understand P&IDs, ISO’s, piping isometrics, fixed equipment design packages, and pipe specs.

Attain proper accounting documents for all work order numbers monthly

Walk out jobs (work orders) with maintenance supervisor, craft to perform work and control room operator to provide clear and concise work instructions/requirements to complete work orders. Such as LOTO, Lock boxes, tag outs, confined space/entry permits, scaffolding, etc.

Request/receive quotes from vendors to provide purchasing.

Customer relations with vendors to obtain quotes to provide requisitions and Purchase orders.

Communicate with venders to clarify job scope and obtain quotes for materials and services.

Oversees scheduling of field technicians

Significant use of SAP in work planning, issuing material/service requisitions, warehouse parts reservations, and tracking parts delivery.

Maintain awareness of the target date for job scheduling and completion, complete planning weeks in advance, and communicate with operation UTL s when the target date is not feasible

Provide weekly work orders, distribute work orders, establish work order constraints.

Schedule equipment required for job completion.

Responsible for preventive maintenance planning in collaboration with discipline specialists and engineers; update task lists as needed to maintain accurate PM job plans; update equipment BOM s as needed to maintain accurate parts lists for planning.

Creates and maintains BOMs.

Work with Maintenance supervisor to coordinate workflow.

Maintains actuals vs planned man hours for work orders.

Schedules work order dates and provide to supervisor.

Coordinate maintenance to be preformed with unit Control room.

Estimate scope of work in terms of direct craft labor hours and duration

Preform material take-offs for repair or replace-in-kind work.

Determine resource and skill requirements for scope of work.

Determine options for scope of work and present scenarios of compatible work packages or combinations of similar scope to the client.

Document change orders request for deviations on drawings, changes in the field conditions, or engineering designs.

Preform job-walks and collaboratively with respective discipline Subject Matter Experts to develop job steps (activities), craft breakdown and man-hours required.

Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.

Provides input to engineering, operations & management to reschedule in case of business plan changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex logistical issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.

Ability to handle many unique situations and provide solutions with little to no supervision
