PERSONAL PROFILE
A seasoned Petroleum Engineer with more than a decade Oil & Gas industry experience proficient in asset development, well optimization, gas monetization, operations and well intervention. I have a proven record of delivering production targets of an average annualized gain of about 3000 BOPD every year for Chevron Nigeria Limited through implementing Production Surveillance and Optimization, smart Well Intervention programs on well site and reliable Field Operations Support to achieve overall base business objectives. I help management decision making by providing information that is relevant, timely and accurate. I do this by analyzing and understanding production trends, managing my wellsite intervention team effectively to produce the best outcome from well interventions and applying an in-depth knowledge of the various Production Modelling tools. I bring positive energy to my team and consistently add value through my work.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
PRODUCTION OPERATIONS ENGINEER August 2013 – Present CHEVRON NIGERIA LIMITED, ESCRAVOS, DELTA STATE, NIGERIA
Solve daily production issues which might impact the base business plan from loss production time event. This is done using world class deployed well reliability and optimization tools like PROSPER, GAP, IVM and IFM tools. These tools are also used to identify and mature Production Add opportunities using Nodal Analysis, Pressure build-up test analysis, Flow Assurance issues resolution and Designing, Installation and Troubleshooting of Artificial Lift systems for efficient production.
Design well test program and drive execution of same for Field Oil and Gas wells during New Drill well start up, post- stimulation cleanup, regulatory Maximum Efficient Rate tests, Annual Production Potential Limit testing. All these are done following strict compliance to the established API standards, documented and approved in the Chevron System of record.
Participate in Field Development Plans for in-field drilling and champion well performance review sessions with all stakeholders; Asset team, Operations and Wells team
Developed a produced water monitoring and management system to ensure the injection of correct water quality. This has brought down the cost of stimulation budget for water injectors by 40%. UKANDU, Moses Nkem Page 2 of 2
Monitor assets using Global Inspection, Testing, and Preventive Maintenance protocols by ensuring compliance is adhered to in terms of reliable Well Integrity Management Schedule (Well Head Maintenance, SCSSV Testing, ESD Testing, Casing Pressure Monitoring) to mitigate loss of containment incidents with potential to impact the Personnel, Asset and Environment. Sustained Casing Pressure wells are addressed by identifying leak flow path using Noise Logging analysis.
Lead the daily operations meetings and ensure operational issues are resolved in a safe, timely manner to minimize impact on production.
Played a key role of being the focal point between the Operations team, the Asset Team, regulatory authorities and the Wells team in the successful Project Cheetah (2016-2018) & Project Panther (2023- Date) New Drills project by ensuring timely well planning and start up programs were executed. This project added about 15000 BOPD to the existing production inventory volume in the offshore area of Escravos, Nigeria.
Responsible for preparing well intervention programs which meets global safe work best practices while factoring the importance of proper well control barriers at each stage of job execution.
Supervise the execution of well interventions (such as Coiled Tubing, Slickline, E-Line Logging, Perforation, Acid Stimulation and Fracturing, Secondary/Remedial Cementing, Artificial Lift Initiation/Optimization, Well Testing, Plugging and Abandonment to address Well Integrity issues, Static/Flowing Bottom Hole Pressure Surveys, Surface Well Head Maintenance and Repairs) on the well site and ensuring various third-party service companies adhere to Chevron’s work program guide and safety processes. The execution of these well interventions are done adhering to the best Global HSE standards to mitigate adverse effect of even entry of risky H2S wells. Also initiate and participate in well work look back sessions and implement lessons learnt for better efficiency.
Involved in well work cost estimation to meet Chevron’s yearly budget plan. This is primarily achieved by ensuring that only cost-efficient equipment is mobilized in a timely manner, NPT scenarios are greatly minimized at well site and managing the various stakeholders who support the team’s overall base business objectives.
