Technician involved with validation of diagnostic computer software used to diagnose on board failures in customers' vehicles. Flash program test s/w releases into Client PCMs within development vehicles. Utilize in-vehicle data logging systems and drive development vehicles on defined test scenarios to acquire data logs.
Assess vehicle system performance for degradations & improvements between algorithm releases.
Post process and perform minor analysis on data logs. Create issue tracking entries in the project management application (Jira) to address system performance degradation or deeper analysis from s/w developers. 2/17/2017-9/9/2023

Lead test technician/Engineer front drive group.
Prepare and test various engines in any type of configuration, including on 100HP electric motor stand on in house dynamometer or at manufacturers test cells all over the world. Part of this includes fabricating and designing all sorts of bracketry and adaptors to allow test equipment to function for the test. Also, in charge of all calibration for not only our group but also for the machine shop as well. Some of my other duties include purchasing and servicing test equipment, creating capital spending reports and annual budget for group 1
equipment costs.
