Oversaw learning and development program for ~400 UNOS staff as well as the learning management system (LMS) serving over 15,000 members in the organ procurement and transplant community. Accelerated project delivery times nearly 20% by conducting process mapping and leading reorganization that involved 75% of department moving from 2-person teams to single project delivery.

Procured UNOS’ first LMS by orchestrating RFP process and negotiating contract with eLogic Learning; deployed organ transplant community’s 1st LMS to 15K+ members under budget and ahead of schedule.

Earned Excellence in Curriculum Development at the RVA Tech awards by forming a 17-person team and establishing an LMS content development process that led to over 200 educational offerings.

Surveyed entire membership then crafted and implemented both a 3-year content strategy and marketing and communications plan that supported professionals driving public health outcomes.

Oversaw policy adoption and implementation and ensured alignment with latest state guidelines.

Launched HCPS Summer Academy, a customizable professional development program established in response to over 3,000 teacher survey responses; academy highly rated and still in practice today.
