Operations Manager April 2023 - Present
FedEx Corporation (Memphis Hub) – Memphis, TN
Manage 28 employees to ensure all animals and lives in the Lives Input area can be scanned and processed for outbound markets.
Manage over 10 employees at FedEx Offload Operations, ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of planes for timely freight processing from inputs back to the aircraft for its destination. This involved early planning for the execution of the on-time flight schedule.
Manage 62 employees at the FedEx Hub while developing and implementing safety practices to ensure a secure working environment for staff. Administrative duties include employee time reports, weekly CSM, and monthly operational plans.

Led a team of 20 employees in the specific PDX postal and box freight market to ensure packages were scanned and packaged in the ULDs/cans for timely processing, and that they were taken to the plane on time to meet flight schedules. Early planning and adjustments were made to ensure all freight left the outbound department and was delivered to the ramp for on-time flight departures.
