I pride myself in being a master of figuring out what is needed, executing a plan for success, and delivering the expectations for success. Sr Program and Project Manager

Google’s top strategic global transformational project. Transforming how end-user services are delivered to Google globally.

● Created a full project repository for all project artifacts to ensure project success and requirements origination. Ensured all artifacts where up to date to the week and presented weekly status to all stakeholders

● Data Modernization was tracked and confirmed through cross-functional and stakeholder reviews. Leveraged this data analytics to confirm resource management accountability and requirements to project plan.

I created a new project management team to support our global service delivery team. My team will be the project lead for any projects that come through the service delivery organization globally.

● Established team performance requirements through contract evaluation and leadership / stakeholder expectations

● I created a mini-PMO to allow the team to manage many projects at the same time because we had a team of 5 and were managing an average of 50-60 projects at a time

● Developed workload tracking dashboard to evaluate performance and workload across all team members. Established project review for status, tracking, and resource allocation

/ needs for each project across all regions

● Executed continuous improvement efforts that allowed us to expand our capacity, scope of work, and project execution performance.

Service Delivery Manager Sites [Seattle, Los Angeles, Austin, Global Travel Team] Reinvigorated each site's leadership and technicians to be able to meet our new tighter service levels across all deliverables. Key points here were employee engagement, revitalized training and their career paths and I also created some tools to help us track our performance to our new service levels (bullets below).

● I created a proactive Service Level performance tracker for all sites (globally) so we could manage and anticipate directional performance trending of SLAs each month.

● I created a global site visit tracker and performance evaluation tool. Tool enabled proactive discussions with Google on global performance and expansion opportunities.

● Established a financial controls tool to proactively forecast, schedule, and evaluate global travel expenses across techs, sites, and countries. Sr Program and Project Manager

Executive stakeholders were not happy with the direction of this critical project, this triggered Astreya executive leadership to reach out to me and bring me back to get this program back on track and in good standing with the Google executive stakeholders. The overall Return To Office

(RTO) project scope included over 2,300 sites and over 100,000 Googlers.

● I was part of the team that created several tools to standardize how we manage the thousands of risk level changes across all sites. I then used these tools as a key resource to manage and report on the project.

● Proactively managed the end user inventory with 3rd Party Vendors to ensure hardware and accessories would be available as sites reduced their risk severity

● Our Data Modernization toolset was the standard; however, each site had their own uniqueness I had to account for during each transition:

Procurement volumes, cycle times, max/min standards

High-Touch support service activation based on data modeling of usage

● I managed the inventory team to perform global site audits to understand the scope and deficiencies of user functions. Processed over 114,000 assets with an estimated manpower effort of over 2,600 hours.

● I created many metric reporting tools I review with Google Stakeholders on a daily, weekly, monthly cadence to provide precise status of all activities within the global RTO program.
