• In partnership with ERGs, developed and initiated surveys with 92% response rate identifying and standardizing diversity terminology company wide as part of next phase program developmental process of integrated DEIA thought planning.
• Manage and oversees all activity for Union personnel to include review and negotiation of Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), as well as personnel and company adherence to information and guidance provided for within the CBA, or IIE policy where otherwise instructed.
• Oversee union annual pay review and increase, as well as changes to job profile based on increased work complexity and associated compensation review in accordance with CBA provisions.
• Manages all employee relations activity for union personnel in accordance with CBA, unless otherwise provided for within IIE Employee Handbook. Represents company in all union grievance procedures with local District Counsel. Partners with Legal in all matters pertaining to state or federal civil action.

Provided professional HR representation and Generalist services to diverse client groups within CNAs Institute for Public Research and Center for Naval Analyses. Duties included:
• Lead counselor for employee relations issues; partnered with general counsel, senior management and other leaders to identify equitable resolutions to conflicts assuring conformance with EEOC/OFCCP, other USDOL provision, and applicable state laws.
