ERP system conversion projects - Managed the conversion of over 70 ERP systems (Quickbooks, MAS 100, Dynamics and SYSPRO) of the acquired firms to corporate standard ERP system including requirements gathering, planning, data cleaning, data loading, customization (primarily for unique billing requirements), User Acceptance Training, user training, project management, coordination with vendors, coordination with infrastructure team, integration with reporting tools and HRM system.

Financial Consolidation projects - Took lead on implementing Hyperian tools for closing, consolidation and reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, reduced closing time to 5 business days, managed and assisted with development of loading tools into Hyperian Data Management, then loading into Hyperian Financial Management with Division Controller review and sign-off “ready to close”, and Financial Reporting to report financial activity at department, division, geographical region, business line, and consolidated levels.
Corporate Tax projects - Worked with online tax rate management firm, internal developers and internal infrastructure team to link country wide sales tax tables to corporate ERP retail system to ensure current and correct sales tax collections, then rolled into sales tax reporting by state across country.
Corporate Planning projects – Managed implementation of Hyperian Planning tool with Corporate Acquisition office to setup various models of existing business service lines to identify competitive opportunities in geographical areas for acquisitions, setup “what-if” options and variations to “test” opportunities for fit and profitability.
