OBJECTIVE:

I have **+ years of experience in residential or commercial development and would like a

permanent career as a Project Superintendent or similar position that gives the potential for professional growth and opportunity for travel. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

J RAYMOND, Longwood, Florida – 2020 to 2022

• Bartram Park in St. John’s Florida there were 14 buildings in all that were built ground up box. Buildings could be anywhere from 3,000 to 20,000 square feet. Here are some build outs that i did.

-Boca Raton Florida, Publix Grocery Store - Demoed existing building and then built new store ground up to finish Also demoed and replaced the existing parking lot along with new Sewer and Water.

• Buc-ees gas station in Daytona Beach - I oversaw the offsite work, adding entrance and exit lanes off Interstate 95. Relocated sewer water and all communication lines relocate traffic signal lights

PCL CONSTRUCTION, Orlando, Florida – 2018 to 2019

• Assisted with the building of the Disney Skyliner, a 3 year, two hundred-million-dollar project

RD MICHAELS, Winter Park, Florida - 2016 to 2018

• Completed a 10,000 sq. ft. addition and remodel of an LA Fitness in Boca Raton GENERAL CONTRACTOR, St. Louis, Missouri - 1999 to 2016

• Managed all offsite improvements and onsite construction from foundation through project completion

• Ensured compliance with plans, specs and building codes during construction, including offsite grading, underground wet utilities and dry utilities, fine grading concrete and paving

• Managed and supervised all subcontractors, ensuring all construction practices and policies were followed

• Tracked, monitored and controlled construction costs to avoid overruns
