This project involves the construction of 25 commercial outlets, including restaurants, cafés, and shopping buildings, located along the Al Khobar Corniche. The scope of work includes full procurement, civil construction, architectural works, MEP
(Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installations, as well as testing and commissioning.
