I was the Men's supervisor at Kohl's and I had the entire department to take care of. I set all sets, put out all merchandise, zone, clear fitting rooms, pull and process call backs, hard tag merchandise, price changes, and set my manicans. When I started I was hired as a seasonal cashier and was promoted to a department supervisor within a month. The year at Kohl's starts in February and since February my men's department has been number 1 in the region for sale's 5 time's. I have improved sale's by large numbers in the short time that I have been there. My department was literally half the store.
