· Professional experience in the field of QA/QC Management & Inspections in the Projects like conversion and repair of Drilling Ships, Jack-ups, Semi-submersible, Navy ships, and Conversion ships. Oil & Petrochemical refinery plants in the area of Heavy structure & Piping.

· Line check, Tri-Party Line Walk, Verification of P&ID, Pressure test, Hydro test, and Reinstatement of all Piping systems.
· Carry out Spool/Visual Inspection on Various Piping Welds.
· Carry out GRE, GRP, GRVE pipe bonding inspection
· CRA corrosion resistance alloy clad pipes and CRA lined pipes visual inspection activities.
· Conduct Line Check and Reinstatement inspection for the Various Piping Systems
· Witnessing Cleaning and Flushing, Hydro test for the various Systems.
· Follow up Flange Management Team Activities.
· Responsible for holding defective Products for the Next Process till Satisfactory Remedial Action
· Coordinate with Engineering to Raise an RFI for the required various kinds of Activities
· Liaising with the subcontractors, Punch listing, Issue of PCM and follow-up, Inspections as per the class requirements

· Performs personnel evaluation, workability & equipment, materials, reviews of quality system documentation, procedures, inspection test plans, method statement, and forms, checking into every detail regarding adequacy in a pro-active point of view to ensure its effectiveness in compliance with the project requirement.
· Work in close coordination with third parties, operation & construction groups, and vendors to ensure system priorities are being carried out up to the approval of check sheets and system dossiers completion and acceptance.
· Conduct welding surveillance inspections on hold points, equipment, and parameters, testing of welders, monitoring of weld NDE percentages, weld rejection rate, and non- conformance status.
· Ensure from initiation of detailed engineering through to dossier close out that all quality assurance is conducted commensurate with the project quality requirements.
· Preparing ITP, Project Quality Plan, and Quality Control Procedures.
· Liaising with the client for all quality-related issues and resolving all issues.
· Maintaining quality throughout the project by educating the team on quality-related matters.
