Overview
Senior Business Analyst working on projects for Department of Agriculture, Food and the marine (DAFM). Responsible for gathering requirements for the creation and maintenance of multiple payments schemes (BDGP, BEEP-S, SCEP).
Methodologies used
The project(s) followed an Agile approach in line with the Scrum framework delivery structure. I was involved in Sprint Planning, Execution, Reviews and Retrospectives and was a member of a Scrum team, creating and maintaining the Product Backlog of items requested by the Business Units.

Project Name: Payment Scheme Creation and Configuration
Project Description: Creation and maintenance of multiple payments schemes (BDGP, BEEP-S, SCEP) using Agile methodology.
SCEP (Suckler Carbon Efficiency Programme): required development of a new online system through which clients applied for the scheme and then performed actions (e.g., Genotyping, Weighing, Surveys, data recording, Vaccinations) on their herds to receive payments in return. Responsible for business analysis at all stages of the project, from requirements gathering and system specification through system delivery to maintenance and enhancement. This included liaising with the business and all stakeholders to gather requirements on all areas impacted (e.g., Web pages, data migration, reports, documentation, correspondence etc.)

·As the lead Business Analyst, I was responsible for gathering all requirements (e.g. Business, Functional & Non-Functional) from Project initiation to completion from various stakeholders (e.g. Product, Compliance, Pricing, Development and QA teams using various techniques (workshops, interviews, shadowing, Documentation Analysis, Prototyping etc)
