Team lead for the Unverified Failure (UVF) Process, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Process, Producibility Analysis Process, and Quality is Personal Campaign. Designed, Developed, and Created, the QIP (Quality is Personal) video for the GMD program that was shared and used from the customer all the way through the supply chain to emphasize the importance of the work done by MDA, and specifically GMD. Evaluated and processed all UVFs on the GMD Program. Supported the development of the UVF technical package for review in coordination with the Responsible Engineer.
