Throughout my **+ year career, I have worked extensively with C-Suite client executives and held senior roles for global technology firms such as Workday, SAP, and IBM, focused on client advocacy, global software and services sales, international account management, and business development/GTM.
Clients have been in the banking, insurance, financial services, biomedical research, healthcare and global chemical industries.
Recently, I completed a consulting project for the global CHRO and NA HR Director of a chemical and sustainability company. Interfacing with myriad stakeholders, I led the harmonization and creation of more than 90 corporate policies, including creating their strategy and approach to a worldwide flexible hybrid workforce.

Chief of Staff for the CHRO
•Business partner to the CHRO and senior HR leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the hospital’s mission and strategic goals.
•Served as the CHRO’s liaison for mission-critical projects, including:
oEnsured the integration plan for 2,500 employees from three newly acquired hospitals was carried out by internal workstream owners and external project teams. Informed the CHRO of potential risks related to the timeline, resulting in an adjustment of the cutover date by three months.
oManage HR staff through pre- and post-Go Live Workday initiatives, including all change management across leadership, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful program management.
oLead additional projects to enhance employee HR services, such as developing Jobs Architecture and launching a new People Services Center.

•Liaison for the CHRO and CIO in leading a Workday platform implementation.
