Review approved Leases, GRP, Deposit Accounting, Utility Management, and appropriate notices an delivered.

Meet with Landscapers and review with a full walk through the community and obtain bids for improvements.

Review all Pre-leased Tax Credit files to send to Compliance Department or approval.

MONTHLY, SEMI-MONTHLY AND YEARLY GROWTH DEVELOPMENT:

Review AR and communicate with residents: files eviction if necessary.

Review for missing lease charges and other outliers of concessions, charge backs and fees.

Meet with Vendors to address quality and deliver the expectations.

Perform budget research and complete all information.
