OBJECTIVE
I am looking for a position, which allows for variety. In the career I have enjoyed to date, I have been fortunate enough to work in self- directed situations. Most recently, with the COVID pandemic, I have worked the last 4 years from home with minimal supervision. Very large to very time –sensitive. Both domestic and international and have made many solid relationships with providers over the years.

-Receptionist/Accounts payable my first year 1998 this lead to a promotion to:
-Accounts payable/Engineering secretary for a year 1999 this lead to a promotion to:
-Buyer and later promoted to Senior Buyer for the Purchasing Department to the present time. I handle procurement of contractor labor, machining, manufacturing services. In addition, Safety, MRO and all Operations related materials and services. I work closely with Field Service Managers to support their needs on job site locations throughout US, Canada and elsewhere.
-Procurement of machining to heavy hydro turbine components from new material; to customer supplied refurbishments. In accordance with engineered drawings and material specifications. Including castings, forgings, hard chroming, rolling, painting, grinding, weldment and assembly.
-I have worked independently with our Purchasing manager, side by side for all of these years. In a very busy office with a great deal of collaboration and enjoy the hectic nature of the business.
-I have a very strong work ethic and am procedural and detail oriented.
-I have trained several other employees over the years. Each of whom has been successful in their respective role.
-I participated as a member of the safety committee.
-I played an instrumental role facilitating the transition from a privately owned company, to an international one. Including rebranding efforts and implementation of LEAN Manufacturing and a robust Safety program. As well as coordinating new corporate policies into daily workflow processes.
-I handle logistics of manufactured components to customers as well as tooling and emergency shipping requirements to our Field Service Team.
-Work closely with Quality Assurance, processing Non-conformance reports, Corrective action requests and inspection findings. Problem resolution and disposition, to quickly find a resolution.
-I am a certified internal auditor, having successfully completed the program at the request of the former President.
-I have worked from home successfully from the onset of the COVID pandemic.

- Customer Service/Teller on an as needed basis. More directly, reporting to the Vice Presidents of a family run banking operation. Providing all clerical and research, secretarial duties as required. I left this position to pursue further career advancement and greater earnings opportunities.
The Wolf Organization/Baublitz Advertising

-This position is one I think of with great fondness. It was my first opportunity to work in the business world.
-I performed all aspects of secretarial duties for the President of Baublitz Advertising. This was the advertising arm of the Wolf Organization. A contractor and builder retailer with lumber yards and window and door outlets all over the East coast
-I learned typesetting and desktop publishing. I was promoted to Front Office Manager
-I later became a full charge bookkeeper for the agency. I left this position to pursue a greater salary at this young age, and further opportunities.
ACTIVITIES
I have been a notary public for many years. I have been a past York Hospital volunteer. I put that on hold while raising my son. I am proud to say this has been my greatest accomplishment.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE~
My motivation in seeking new employment is driven by the desire to explore new and diverse responsibilities. I have been blessed and have enjoyed my entire working career. I welcome the opportunity to discuss opportunities that we may share to our mutual benefit.
I have very recently become unemployed due to a restructuring scheme, after having been employed nearly 26 years with the same company. I look at this as an opportunity to change course and I am looking forward to a role that more closely resembles my early career.
