Responsible for Submission of required monthly and annual report of GPCB like, Monthly Patrak, Form-IV, Form-V, EC Compliance report, etc.

Handle the Statutory visit like CETP, GPCB, VGEL, VIA, DISH, etc. and Correspondence with them.

GPCB Online XGN operation to submit the various annual returns.

Responsible for operation and maintenance of ETP, STP, Stripper Plant, ATFD and MEE Plant will ensure that ETP plant is working efficiently at the optimum capacity of the plant and maintaining CETP Norms.

Ensure that the records of ETP, STP, Stripper, MEE and ATFD Plant.

Will ensure that On-line Monitoring (TOC) System and Environmental Display Board is working properly and Maintaining CETP Norms as per CC&A. Also all the parameters are timely calibrated as per AMC.

Organizing, need based training for the employees and maintains records.

Working on Projects Rain Water Harvesting.

ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) Operation and Maintenance.

MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporation) Plant Operation and Maintenance.

Stripper and ATFD Plant Operation and Maintenance.

Press filters and CNF Operation and Maintenance.

Maintaining of ETP, STP, Stripper, MEE and ATFD Logbooks.

Material Handlings and Plant Troubleshooting handling of EHS Activities.

Plant visit and providing guidance as per Work permit.

Analysis of Water & Waste water Sample ph,COD,TDS,TSS,MLSS,MLVSS

,NH3-N,DO parameter etc.

Will maintain hazardous waste stock and timely disposal of hazardous waste as per GPCB guidelines.

Ensure proper operation of plant by maintaining GPCB prescribe norms.

Waste Management Handling as per Hazardous waste rules.

Interaction with production department for better quality of incoming Effluent in ETP.

Encourage & Ensure operator and worker to do participation in World Environment Day.

SAFETY:

Checking & Maintaining of Fire Extinguishers.

Checking & Maintaining of Fire Hydrant system.

Accident / Incident reporting and investigation.

Monitoring all type of work permit Hot work, General permit, Loading & unloading, Work at height and Confirmed Space (Vessel Entry) etc.

Fire and safety practical training.

Arrange periodically medical checkup.

Periodic Maintenance and Testing of Fire Fighting Equipment, fire sprinkler system, Safety Shower and Fire Alarm system.

Safety Induction Training given for New Employee and also Carry out Tool-Box Talk Training before Starting any of new Activity.

Celebrating the National Safety Week and Fire Service Week with various safety promotional Activates Award distribution for winners as well as participant.

Monitored Critical Activities On site & corrected the unsafe practice followed by the Worked.

Ensure Preparation and Implementation of ON-site Emergency plant & External Safety Audit report data.
