Headed Green Fuel Fire department overseeing operations at Chisumbanje and Middle Sabi sugarcane estates.
Founded PJM Fire Service department at Portable Hire (Pvt) Ltd in Chisipite, Harare.
Successfully marketed PJM Fire Service in and around Harare.
Managed a zero-harm record over two years of heavy construction work at the Trade Kings Zimbabwe detergent factory construction site.
Played a significant role to reduce annual Injury Frequency Rate (IFR) from around 10 to about 2 during my four-year stint at the helm of Grain Marketing Board SHE management.
Built a sound SHE culture from a very low risk perception level to at least medium to high perception level after implementing vigorous SHE interventions within the Grain Marketing Board business units.
Overturned an occupational fatality record of two in the previous year (2010) through OTTO approach (zero tolerance target zero) to zero as soon as I joined the Grain Marketing Board, and none was recorded in the preceding three years of my stay.
Rendered top of the drawer first aid and evacuation of nine out of ten employees who suffered serious chemical burns following a fatal Electrolysis plant explosion in February 2009 at Sable Chemical Industries Limited fertilizer factory outside Kwekwe.
Trained on OHSAS 18001 project development process up to certification stage in 2007 at Sable Chemical Industries Limited.
Rescued several people, properties, and local environment from destruction mainly by fire during my initial five-year stint with Kwekwe Fire Brigade as a professional firefighter.

2.Country Feeds stock feed plant (a subsidiary of GMB), NORTON Internal SHE Consultant: October 2011 to July 2015 o Recommended an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in retrospect after it was omitted at the initial planning stage of the project. o Addressed non-conformities at the plant to do with fire safety, housekeeping, safety signage and color coding among other SHE issues.
