SF REO Tax: It provides a more comprehensive and granular approach to tax accounting for REO activities.

CLM 8.6: Asset Recovery Workflow, Property Maintenance, Case Assignment. An alternative to a capitalization-only modification for an MBS mortgage loan securitized by Fannie Mae or a cash mortgage loan. This system will provide the new interface to credit Enhancements (CE) and fixes for MBS trust fallouts.
