Worked with multiple Lines of business to help them maximize Marketing ROI through the development, maintenance and support of the enterprise database marketing & analytics platform (Hemisphere). Assisted with medium to large development project implementations, provided strategic consultation on marketing solutions including campaign planning, execution, analytics, reporting, data sourcing and file transfer capabilities to internal and external vendors; seek out opportunities for process improvement.

Led the development and migration of the Hemisphere ETL platform into the EDA Shared Services platform which involved 600+ Ab Initio processes and contributed a great deal in mentoring the EGS development/QA teams consisting of 15+ members to meet the SLA’s and automate the whole process.

Configured different source databases in the Ab Initio platform for the smooth transition into the Linux servers which involved utilization of all the new tool set (Autosys, Anthill pro, UDeploy, and Jenkins).

Achieved greater performance and response time during escalations in coordination with the production support team.

Enhanced and rewrote the execution of the Enterprise Deposit Marketing’s (EDM) Campaign Response Tracking system with the whole project involving upwards of 750+ objects and thousands of lines of code, and reengineered the application by shrinking the processing time saving EDM approximately $5.2MM to $7.8MM annually.

Served as lead architect on the development, maintenance and administration of the ETL Server which involved the decommissioning of the IBM Datastage and the re-deployment of around 250+ ETL processes in the new Ab Initio environment on BMG which decreased the process time by 50%.

Led various functional/technical teams within Hemisphere, Business Direct, Integrated Data Store, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Home Equity and Acxiom (external platform host) to develop and implement the customized and data driven initiatives in the Hemisphere ETL environment; Leveraged business insights and data analysis in consultations with all LOB’s to successfully create and drive the data needs for the datamarts that are used in campaign execution for the various LOBs.

Created, maintained, and trained team (8+ team members) on the Hemisphere ETL platform – a group of technologies and methods that enabled the rapid design, development and scheduling of production ETL/SAS processes.

Wrote the application used to build and create the Market/Wallet Share reports benefitting the enterprise marketing platform’s capability to produce the needed metrics for Business users which determined Wells Fargo’s share in the market at a point in time, cutting the typical time taken for this task by upwards of 70% and improved its data precision.

Wrote standards documentation for both ETL systems and implemented the best practices and automation guidelines and involved in updating the Security plan for the application.
