For Vendor Development:
Consolidating suppliers meets & conferences and addressing & resolving major issues related to supplier’s performance.
Handled vendor grievances as well as organized vendor meetings to enhance business and organization partnerships.
Evaluating vendor performance based on PQD (Product/ Quality/ Delivery) for higher quality of services/materials from vendor.
ABC classifications of vendors for RFQ/inventory control/placing order.
Developing alternate vendor sources for Indigenous as well as imported material for cost-effective procurements of material & optimized inventory hold up.
Conducting trainings for vendors to educate them about company’s requirements and help them in improving their performance.
For Stores Management:
Making audit of materials inventory and recommending steps to better manage the inventory. Liaison with all departments to maintain minimum inventory.
Ensuring inventory control and reduction the cost with effective warehouse management. Declaration of non-moving & slow-moving inventory at store.
Responsible for Scrap Identification and Disposal.
Implementing systems to avoid over-stocking or out-of-stock.
Preparation of quarterly stock audit report (Book Vs Actual).
Checking inventories and preparing delivery schedules as per production plan.
Implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the warehouse/store.
Checking the materials with PO & Invoice.
Intimate to user about materials received and rejection of materials.
Making and tracking of RGP & NRGP.
