Delivery of medications and supplies to patients in Northern Utah and the pick-up of equipment no longer required by the patient. Picked up reusable wheelchairs, pumps, etc.

Injured left shoulder while making deliveries and was terminated when the shoulder injury didn’t heal in the time allotted by IHC. Currently not able to lift more than 20 lbs. with my left arm above my shoulders.
