Jan 2024 to Machakos County Government- Department of Health Date I’m working as a Human Resource Officers and my duties include but not limited to;

i. Spearheading the promotion process for 1,256 Health Care Workers. ii. Meticulously calculating salary arrears for 422 recently promoted health care workers ensuring they receive their due entitlements. iii. Preparing various critical documents such as recruitment indents, salary reinstatement letters, show cause letters, interdiction letters, and both inter-county and swap transfer letters.

iv. Overseeing attendance for two sub-counties, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

v. Handling disciplinary Cases and advising accordingly. vi. Working closely with World Health Organization to determine the Working Indicators of Staff Needs across all the Level 5 and Level 4 Hospitals in Machakos County.

March 2023 to Machakos County Government- County Public Service Board Dec 2023 I worked as a Human Resource Officer and my duties included but not limited to;

i. Analyzing the promotion process for 422 health workers. ii. Overseeing their progressions and the issuance of promotion letters.

Oct 2019 to Kenya Red Cross Society, Lower Eastern Region (Machakos) Feb 2023 I worked as a Human Resource and Admin Assistant and my duties included but not limited to;

i) Managing recruitment and selection of staff in line with the company’s operational requirements, categorizing applications on different application platforms as well as running background check on the applicants.
