Operation Manager

Saman Image Innovators is franchisee of Snaphouss Canada, a leader in the Real Estate photography industry. The operations manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of Saman This includes but is not limited to:

Business development. Building relationships with Real Estate agents in the Greater Edmonton area as well as reaching out to Short term / vacation rental owners and selling Samoan’s services.

They will be responsible for all local digital marketing, including social media, facebook and google ad campaigns and email marketing / re-targeting campaigns.

They will be the liaison between Snaphouss and Saman and will be responsible for upholding the franchisor standards

They will be responsive for completing multiple Matterport photo shoots and floor plans daily

They are responsible for managing the daily operations of Saman

Recruiting, hiring and managing staff

They will be responsible for managing the company’s cash flow and finances

This position is permanent/ full time

They must be proficient in English both verbal and written

Pay rate is $41.72 per hour.

The candidate must be located in Edmonton, AB or be able to travel there daily.

Requirements:

Education: successful candidates must have some post secondary education

Skills and certifications:

experience owning or managing a business is a necessity

3-5 years of sales or Business Development is a must

3-5 years managing or leading a team

Must have Matterport photography training / certification

Drafting or CAD experience is a plus

Managing the books or day to day finances is t plus

Candidate must have reliable transportation
