Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Support of the existing SAP BI implementation.

Monitoring the Process chain and Daily, weekly, and Monthly Data Loads using RSPC, RSPCM and RSMO.

Actively Involved in Rectification of Load Failure errors in Master Data and Transaction data loads.

Created Process Chains and Scheduled as per the requirements.

Involved in creation of Generic Data Sources for Extracting data from SAP R/3 source system

as per the Business requirements using Views/tables, Function module and Info set query.

Creation of Info packages for schedule the data load process with Full and Delta update mode.

This Project is going on multiple locations in IBM - like Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad etc.

BP is also having Sub Projects in each location like ADAM, Whiting Wave, Nike, WRM, WRC and WR5 etc. The Each Sub Project has divided into teams like Development, Production Support etc. I belong to Hyderabad BW WR5 Production Support Team. The Hyderabad Sub Project BW WR5 Production Support team consists of 19 members.

Responsibilities:

Involved in M&S and Enhancement work requests for Extracting data from SAP R/3 source system.

Handled the work request to fix all the known issues in NGL process chains to reduce the manual effort and created process chains to automate the work in North Star weekend master data loads.

Provided the NGL loads check list document to team which will be mainly useful for the new team members and maintained the tracker for all the data load errors for future reference.

Involved in Regression testing for North Star, NGL and Angola servers and coordination with basis team for transport relevant issues during package release.
