Responsible for managing the entire start process from the start to finish. Producing all county and city permits for 30+ Residential community projects. Overseeing lot count for communities to ensure a steady starts process for each community. Worked closely with the Vice President of Purchasing and Purchasing Agents to correspond the plan, elevation, and structural option choices that the Area Sales Managers requested from their specific sales teams. Controlled the ordering process of all plot plans, architectural, engineering, and windstorm plans for each home. Updated the start tracker report on a consistent basis to reflect the correct dates for ordering plans, permits, and submitting ACC Approvals. Directed all Master Plan and address specific ACC submittals to the assigned developers for review and ACC Approval. Organized all the start packages for the homes scheduled to start each week. Released and uploaded all the plans in Buildpro for weekly home starts.
