I have assisted in maintaining the leasing software for the community to include putting in work orders and completing them once maintenance was done. I would also prepare all lease paperwork for new and renewal leases. I would assist and make sure the opening/closing checklist for the community was completed and update the make ready board daily. Complete all delinquency calls and send out notices to all delinquent accounts.
