Salesforce Release Engineer The Cloud Fountain, MA Dec 2023 – Present Cloud Fountain is a leading provider of IT solutions for businesses, including IT support, hosting, and software development.
As part of my role, I am working with a travel company, guiding them through the establishment of their release process from the ground up. This involves a comprehensive understanding of their existing procedures and seamless collaboration with various cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment processes. I manage multiple Salesforce environments and ensure the synchronization and consistency of metadata and data deployments. I work extensively with the Copado CI/CD pipeline, leveraging its features for automated deployments, version control, and environment management.
