Factory Start-ups on all Daikin Equipment. Comprehensive contract work and annuals to all makes and models of air cooled and water cooled chillers. PM management of hours and contract work with Government customers. Factory Training and operative speeches to County and Government officials on the use of their equipment. Teardowns and rebuilds on WME chillers and magnetic bearing compressors. Preventative maintenance and budget maintenance with long term customers. Constant guidance with building integration with Factory equipment.
January 2010- 2018 TDIndustries Field Supervisor
Continuous coordination with Engineering and construction on rack type systems along with Project management on low temp to medium temp stystems. Service, repairs, annual stops on cooling towers, water cooled, and air cooled screw chillers, some centrifugal machines, leak checks, start ups on all types of equipment. DDC controls with Automated Logic, Trane controls (Tracer Summit), Johnson Controls, Ward systems. I performed numerous jobs including temporary cooling towers, chiller change outs, and pump repairs. Certification training in Micro Control Systems. Complete management of central plant operations, budget and repairs for 3,000 tons of cooling along with VFD upgrades and central plant logic for better energy management.
December 2008 – January 2010 Brandt Engineering co. Service, annuals, repairs on air-cooled, water-cooled and centrifugal chillers. Pneumatic repairs and ddc control work. Performed commissioning on new construction jobs for central plants while working with most manufactures on chiller start-ups. Provided support for hooking up temporary cooling towers, chillers, and pumps.
Performed multiple Centrifugal and Helical Screw compressor disassembles along with micro panel retrofits.
August 2004 - December 2008 Trane Co.
Service, maintenance, repair, start- ups, on all types of Trane systems. Annual stops on water-cooled screw chillers, screw compressor replacement, model E, model R complete overhauls, repairs with tech view, tracer summit controls, glycol chillers, certification on fundamentals for centra-vac chillers, major repairs on all RTHD, RTHB, RTHA, RTAC, RTAA chillers. Upgraded R-11 chillers to R-123 and converted micro panels with new CH 530 controls. Provided support on cooling tower replacement and gearbox rebuilds. August 2000 - August 2004 AJ Monier Co.
