Human Resources
Dear Sir/Madam
I am responding to the job opportunity that you posted earlier.
I have been self-employed for the past 35+ years and am able to start work immediately which I
currently performing the duties of complete business operations such as day-to-day management for over 30 employees. I must travel to each company daily/weekly to prepare:
• payroll,
• payroll taxes,
• sales taxes,
• income/corporate taxes,
• monthly maintenance and bookkeeping,
• bank reconciliations,
• budget projections,
• business plans
For the past 4 years, I have purchased and sold tax delinquent properties, supervised renovations, and rentals. Recently, I have taken on residential project management. As you can see, this requires constant mobility, which I’d like to immediately resolve and settle for a company with fewer tasks still providing business services in similar circumstances.
All financial maintenance work has been performed utilizing:
• QuickBooks,
• MS (Word & Excel)
My experience has allowed me a wealth of lucrative knowledge where I have met and worked with a diverse community of small business owners such as attorneys, construction, oil and various small “Mom & Pop” companies. However, there have been several personal additions that require a lifestyle adjustment.
Again, thank you for your assistance with my job hunt. I am available for further interviews as necessary.
Respectfully,
Kaye Jackson
