A little information about myself:

I have been employed in several different industries. For the last 4 years, I have worked remote for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Sheild, which is now a part of Elevance Health. I am a Health Guide. That entails assisting members with claims questions, going over benefits, assisting with authorizations, appeals, scheduling appointments, transferring calls to appropriate vendors, checking provider network status, responding to emails, adhering to schedules, attending meetings, and troubleshooting member’s concerns and grievances.

I have also worked in manufacturing and production with Subaru Indiana Automotive. There I worked on a quality assurance team. Using special technology, I checked weld thickness needed to keep the body of the vehicles in tact. This not only was a very important job for safety members
