equipment).I founded of CADE.(energy saving committee). we won the first place for

three times. Of 52 States. As well we install news equipment and made new lay out.

We save 42,000 dlls Monthly .

02/1988 to 02/2002 Facility Maintenance Manager

I started as Mechanic Supervisor.in packing Machines of Medical products. I got a higher

position, I was charge of production as well.

I coordinated the calibration equipment in order to gets the ISO 9000.

I made some changes and redesign to Machines to reduce the set-up time,from 4 hours

to 5 minuets.

I implanted the TPM. I reduced the down time of production machines front 5% to 2.5 %.

We save 42,000 dlls. Per years.

I was in charge to continue the installation pumps for irrigation for farmlands.

The capacity of this equipment was 250 H.P The substation was of 1,500 KVA

The main challenger was I got the Construction with low budget.

I had to made some changes in the method of installation in addition that I had to

resolve some penalties for construction delays.

I give Maintenance to machinery and I helped to made pamplet and courses for

other Mechanic.

I give a idea to save bearing .My idea was to find the way to lubricate it.
