• Visual inspections of welds for shop fabricated & field erected pipe-spools & steel structures.
• Ensure all welds are reported and NDE is cleared. Prepare daily welding report.
• Assist in Inspecting blasting/painting of piping spools & steel structures.
• Initiate NCR for any noncompliance at site and report to PQM.
• Report to QC Eng, liaise to Clients & const group for any QLTY related issues being raised at site.
• Prepared final QC inspection docs & QC records for approval of the clients prior to hand over.
• Support in Safety Rules of the Co & all other HSE policies & programs.

• Ensures that all equipment is working properly. Worked on a wide variety of machines, like cranes, compressors, generators, motors, etc. assigned in all on-going projects.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot problems & make repairs as needed.
• Removed old Mechanical equipment’s & installing new machines as approved by the Manager.
• Responsible for scheduling for maintenance of all Mechanical Equipment assigned in all projects.
