Senior Project Manager – Service Delivery Manager

Lead and manage large and small scale projects for IT infrastructure. Datacenter, Service Delivery, Disaster Recovery and Cyber Recovery. Projects include management of a portfolio of hardware and software projects for a large health Services Customer and various Impex customers throughout the Southern California area.

In a lead role at a Impex health services customer, I manage the data protection team and operation’s. This include’s Dell/EMC Data Protection and their air gap Cyber Recovery Vault. I engaged senior management and application stakeholders to prioritize high priority application to be protected in the Cyber Recovery vault. The recovery process is documented in a runbook.

Recently implemented HPE Zerto to replicate 300+ VM’s between data centers with excellent RTO and RPO capabilities. Working with application managers and senior management to develop process/script to prioritize application recovery in the event of a disruption. This is being documented in an application recovery runbook. Isolated application recovery testing is in process.

Manage and direct Impex engineers and customer IT professionals. Specifically deploy hardware and software managing through to completion. Deploy as Project Manager Nutanix, Cisco UCS, Dell products, storage solutions and facilitated migrations from EOL systems to new.

Currently responsible for implementing the Impex DRaaS solution as an MSP.
