I’ve been handling customers since I started working at sixteen. And they never change. I give the most positive action to every negative reaction.
I’m very honest to what I’m doing and I put my all I give collaborative ideas with my fellow employees and supervisors to make sure I’m doing good in the tasks they give me I want to show all my abilities and be the person I am a people person hearing concerns and getting it straightened as soon as possible.
When it comes to sales I study what the product offers and tell my customers everything they will receive and get straight to the point. I’ve gotten many compliments about my sales pitch and I’m very happy that I’m doing good in something that’s important to me. It gives me the courage that I can be in a more professional business and be able to keep up with the experts.

I’ve been in the leadership role for three years now and the few things that I keep in mind is everyone is watching me I have to set up a good foundation with the people I’m “leading” so they don’t go astray. So when they are working with other supervisors that they are doing the correct job for the task. I treat everyone the same and I’m not biased even though I’m very friendly with my coworkers I treat them as equals but still letting them know I am I’m in upper management I see that is the best way for me to lead because who wants to work with someone that is difficult . I care for everyone and that is what I expect for my other coworkers to do because if the team can’t get along they will never win and that has help me to the point I am now.
