QUALIFICATIONS

Perform the duties of construction management from the design phase thru through project closeout. I am familiar with working within scheduled deadlines and budgets. I have been directly involved in performing estimating and negotiating bids for budget development, development and implementation of project schedules and GMP’s. I am responsible for overseeing the day to dayday-to-day field operations, including hands on with the various sub-contractors and suppliers needed to maintain schedules. Perform administrative duties required as a liaison between Owner and the design team (Architect and Engineers). Process plans for permitting and local municipalities requirements.

Over 40 years of experience working with various types of construction, from interior renovations to CBS and tilt walls. This included incorporating different types of mechanical systems ranging from split units to package units, as well as water systems with cooling towers. I also have extensive experience with historical restoration and commercial construction. My responsibilities included maintaining budgets and schedules, in addition to the coordination of contractors and client team members.

I have been the project manager for many award winning projects such as Mizner Commons office complex ($1.3 million), Peele Dixie Water plant ($2.0 million), Lake Park City Hall ($ 1. 4 million), Flagler Museum ($1.5 million), North Palm Beach Fire Station ($1 million), Gusman Theater ($750,000), Miami City Hall ($1.2 million), Colony Theater ($7.5 million) and most recently a 130,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility for Food for the Poor ($10 million).
