Perform the duties of construction management from the design phase thru through project closeout. I am familiar with working within scheduled deadlines and budgets. I spent the last 23 years as project manager for McCartney construction specializing in Historical Renovation and Commercial Projects. I have been the project manager for many award winning projects such as Mizner Commons office complex ($1.3 million), Peele Dixie Water plant ($2.0 million), Lake Park City Hall ($ 1. 4 million), Flagler Museum ($1.5 million), North Palm Beach Fire Station ($1 million), Gusman Theater ($750,000), Miami City Hall ($1.2 million), Colony Theater ($7.5 million) and most recently a 130,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility for Food for the Poor ($10 million). I have also constructed a 27 story Hi-rise condominium, several condo conversions, thousands of square feet of warehouse and office complexes, and many schools and Fire Stations.
