*Product Delivery Technician in the Commercial Global Support Group. Responsible for Airbus A330/A340, Bombardier, Cessna, Gulfstream G280, 787 SEMA, Stab Trim, MD 80-90, 737 Feel Computer and Commercial Servo Valve teams.

*Duties included facilitating all delivery issues for all teams and coordinating all operational tasks with management on a daily basis. This includes daily meetings for all functional groups and teams including engineering, materials and planning along with daily reporting for each to site management.

*Co-ordinated daily repair shop needs with all facilities daily, supported and co-ordinated with customer support to achieve satisfactory end goals for customers to achieve site fiscal objectives. Duties included communicating needs to site management for escalations for resolution as needed, functional test equipment issues, machine repair and hydraulic issues ensuring repair shop downtown is minimized keeping to meet customer TAT and delivery. This included Stockroom, Planning, Assembly and Test, Final Inspection and Shipping discipline’s.

*Responsible for balancing cross site support for shared equipment in Plt 24 with Space and Defense and Industrial Groups.
