Challenge: Fulfill Citi IT and Infrastructure needs to Cit’s lines of business, on time and within allotted budget

Success & Achievements

Using Waterfall Methodology, responsible for delivery of Citi infrastructure which includes test environment setup, server delivery to designated datacenter, application migration, and virtual desktop delivery

Responsible for multiple medium and large projects with budgets ranging from $250,000 to over $1,000,000. Duties include building project schedules, conflict resolution, status meetings and reporting, senior / executive level escalations as needed

Successfully onboarded 3 new Citi offshore partners in Retail Cards line of business. Onboarding includes infrastructure and network setup, connectivity test from third party network back to Citi, associate training, and development of vendor Scorecard and success metrics

Senior Technology Project Manager @ Wells Fargo & Co. (6/2015-11/2016) Remote

Challenge: Manage a Network Engineering Services inflight project (FWAM Extranet) to decommission legacy extranet connections. This will be accomplished by either decommissioning unused connections or proactively deploying new third party extranet connections

Successes & Achievements:

Using TOG methodology, currently managing multiple medium sized projects as part of the perimeter simplification. This includes an Out of band solution, FWAM2 FMM Monitoring module, and legacy hardware/ and software removal from key datacenters.

Responsible for the 330 previously identified extranet connections. Included are 220 Verizon frame connections with the remainder being a combination of AT&T, and various data carries

The test lab will be used to test application functionality, technology evaluation, and fix and deploy production issues. Lab completed 8 weeks ahead of schedule and under budget with the final price of $975,000.00

As the interim Service Manager for Sun Trust, accountable for the Program Management and financial review of 165 virtual server release of the Citrix Server for the upgrade for a more robust Disaster and Business Continuity environment. Responsible for assisting the line of business in prioritizing and managing software and environmental defects

Completed the end to end Data Center and SAN relocation efforts. The SAN project consisted of preparing the RFP, working with the SAN and NAS team on SAN/NAS specification and size, SAN virtualization, attending Vendor demos, selection of Hardware vendor, and overseeing the SAN installation. Project was completed under the approved budget of 1.5 million.

Managed the Disaster Recovery table top exercise for 3 business units and documented the results while providing feedback to senior level leadership per business vertical.

Challenge: Manage the implementation of the Default Servicing application and Implementation of the Quicken Loans Originations and Underwriting platforms

Managed using SDLC and AGILE methods, the Default Loan Deployment Tool release schedule. The release includes tool upgrades, managing of bug defect fixes, and work flow automation

Accountable for the implementation of the newly acquired Quicken Loans origination and underwriting platforms. The implementation comprised of RFP composition, vendor demos and written recommendations to Senior Management on ease of use, scalability and total cost of ownership.

Accountable for projects related to Article VII of the OCC consent order and wrongful foreclosures. Established process to gather data from several retired systems of record. Ensured an accurate data picture was gathered for and presented to 3rd part vendor for review. Results were then submitted to senior management for review and closure
